Preise und Bezahlung

Scope
All services and deliveries by Tropical Engros are subsequent to valid orders being placed online, by phone, by WhatsApp, SMS, email or any other accepted electronic means by a customer. These services and deliveries are subjected to the present terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. These terms of business are hereby published in the interest of Tropical Engros and that of its customers, to facilitate business, avoid conflicts.

Prices
Products prices are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

Unit prices are Net prices, exclusive of VAT. All total prices are inclusive of Switzerland Value added tax (VAT). Prices are deemed correct but may change without notice except for that of products on confirmed orders. Tropical Engros reserves the right to amend or modify prices and availability on the website without prior notice.

All products ordered remain the property of Tropical Engros until receipt of full payment. A right of retention by the customer of unpaid for goods shall not exist.

Billing and Payment
Customers may ask for a quotation for the goods they wish to purchase. Customers shall typically pay for the total cost of goods in advance.

Payment can be made by direct transfer into our bank account, by TWINT, and by debit/credit card. It should be noted that payment by debit/credit card incurs an additional 2% processing fee, to be paid by the customer. For debit/credit card payments, the name, address, and other information supplied by the customer will be checked and validated by the payment processing company for security purposes.

Additionally, payment can occasionally be made by cash on delivery for established clients, when such an arrangement has been agreed to prior to the delivery occurring. An invoice will be issued after Tropical Engros confirms receipt of full payment.

By requesting the option of payment on delivery, the customer consents to pay the total value of the delivered products in full, at the time and date of delivery, to the driver.

Failure to pay the total value of the delivered products in full entitles Tropical Engros AG to request the remaining amounts to be paid in totality immediately at any time during the following 14days. From the 30th (thirtieth) day of a late payment, a 1% monthly interest rate shall be automatically applied to the sum due to Tropical Engros.

By agreeing to these terms of business by ordering from Tropical Engros, customers are giving consent to such checks being performed.
